Katie's Story

Eight-year-old me thought, “How cool is it to speak "in code" a.k.a. another language?” when I started learning Spanish in third grade. I couldn’t wait to officially take Spanish classes in high school. My excitement plummeted when the instruction I received was awful. Awful boring. I couldn’t learn very well from the teaching methods used in the classes.
